A Big Year

The year always starts off at a slower pace for me as all the students have serious exams lasting most of January. So apart from administering my own English exams I have more time to visit and witness some of the fine work many of my students are doing in various parts of Romania.

Reporting from Romania

I am happy to report that my work in Romania as English teacher, choir director and photographer is continuing to go well. Last year I mentioned that I would be doing a major photo exhibition collaborating with four former students of the theological seminary where I teach.

2009 So Far

My assignment involves teaching English and music at the Hungarian Theological Institute in Cluj, Romania – and each year I organize concerts involving both theological and conservatory students as well as professional singers. During my time here I have also become very active as a photographer and have done many exhibitions on the theme”Romanian Reflections”.
