Thanks for your interest in creating a PCCWeb site! Just follow the steps below to get started.
0. If you haven’t already, give the About PCCWeb page a quick read.
1. Tell us about yourself. Please use this online form to send us some basic information that we can use to get your new website up and running.
2. Your website theme: Your site’s theme is the way it will look.
Please note that that we will be upgrading the PCCWeb system in Summer 2010 to WordPress 3.0. The default “Twenty-Ten” theme for WordPress 3.0 takes advantage of new features and will offer much greater functionality. More themes may be available at a later time.
3. Try out the Admin area. As the website administrator, you’ll be using the ‘back-end’ admin area of your site to do updates. You can give it a test-drive on this test site.
4. Check out the (growing list of) tutorials on using PCCWeb. These tutorials cover a few basic admin operations, like creating a new page, editing a page, and creating a Calendar/Events page. More tutorials will be produced as PCCWeb grows.
