Good! Let’s talk.
Welcome to Tuesday Talk. Starting Sept. 27, the church will be open Tuesdays at 7 p.m. for discussion and sharing. Each week will be centred around a question or two. Think of it as “faith among friends” — not traditional church, but a safe and welcoming place.
Sept 27: What is God’s purpose for our lives? What does it mean to know, love and serve God?
Oct. 4: What as Christians are we to believe?
Oct. 11: Since there is only one God, why do we speak of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit?
Oct. 18: How can God be in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit?
If questions such as these are on your mind, join us and we can talk. We’ll open the Bible and see what it says. And we will talk about how all these things show up in our lives.
It was a March Break to remember at St. Andrew’s. A total of 43 local children took part in our first free March Break day camp, programmed and staffed by Camp Kintail.
Dale Maris and family introduced the kids to goats and sheep
Three counsellors from the camp ran the program at St. Andrew’s Dresden with help from from trained volunteers. Kintail on the Road had a variety of activities: games, songs, Bible, mission, drama and crafts — led by professionals!
We hope to offer Kintail on the Road again!
