Documents explaining the meaning of membership have been provided to the congregation. The Session continues to pray about electing a new elder in the future–possibly in the fall–when there is sufficient interest in membership within the congregation. The tinplate ceiling has begun to flake slightly, and the Session plans to schedule an inspection and seek proper guidance to preserve this historical architectural feature. Some sermons have been posted on the church’s website. Notably, the church will expand worship services in July this year, a time when it is usually closed during July and August.
