Music Leadership: Rose Mellor
Rose attended Victoria School for the Performing Arts in Edmonton and received a scholarship to Holland College in PEI, where she studied for a year. She has recently completed a BA in music, with her second major as a BEd, from the University of Alberta. She has been sharing her vocal talent and musicianship with Braeside for seven years and is also a member.
Rose plays for various choirs and teaches in her “spare time!”
Interim Minister: The Reverend Ken MacRae
With the retirement of Rev. Taylor, the congregation is currently in a search for a new minister!
The Rev. Ken MacRae, having recently retired from the Canadian Armed Forces Chaplaincy, is helping the congregation navigate through this time. With two additional ministers who call Braeside “home,” there’s always an ordained pastor in the pulpit, and the Session is keeping things rolling seamlessly! The Search Committee is excited to be working alongside God and the congregation to find our next pastor.
