Camp Registration:

We have 2 options for registration

Online Registration: Please click the link to register online. You should receive a confirmation email after! LINK = https://form.jotform.com/231367518569265

2. Mail In Registration: Please fill out all information. Separate forms must be read, signed and dated for each camp your child is attending.

Please be sure to fill out a valid email address. We will be sending registration forms via email instead of Canada Post in the future. Thank you

< strong >Parents and Guardians, by signing on the registration form you acknowledge the following:

All registration forms must be accompanied by a $25 non refundable deposit. Payment in full is due upon arrival on opening day.
Though efforts are made to ensure campers go home with all they’re things, however camp staff members are not responsible from any missing or damaged belongings.
Your child will follow instructions from camp staff to the best of they’re abilities during they’re time there.
If a child’s behavior is deemed unmanageable, or dangerous to themselves, or other campers and staff, Camp MacLeod holds the right to send the child home early.
You release Camp Macleod, it’s staff, volunteers and the Cape Breton Presbytery of and from all manner of actions, claim and demands whatever nature which result from any loss, injury or expense sustained, arising out of or in any way connected with participation in any program or attendance at a location operated by Camp Macleod.
In the event your child is injured, ill or in need of medical attention and you are unable to be contacted, you authorize Camp Macleod staff to seek medical attention on your behalf.
No refunds for early dismissal for misbehavior.
