The Creative Ministry Committee (CMC) is tasked with encouraging creative ministries by the Synod of Southwestern Ontario through financial support of the Creative Ministry Fund. We are called as a committee to inspire and encourage the local Church for Christ’s mission in the world.
Applications for the Creative Ministry Fund grants are welcome throughout the year. Applications received after September 1 will be held until after the October Synod. Please send your request today! See application form and guidelines for more information.
The CMC also receives reports from the ministry of Huron Feathers at Sauble Beach, from the chaplaincy at McMaster University and from the Brock University Ecumenical Protestant chaplaincy. Funding grants for these three ministries are recommended to the annual meeting of Synod by the CMC.
