Anniversary Service
Anniversaries are always a good time to celebrate, and we support one another’s special Sunday. In 2025 the Avonmore Congregation will celebrate their Anniversary on September 28th at 10:30. The Finch Congregation will celebrate their Anniversary on October 5th at 10:30.
Christmas Eve
The Christmas Eve service alternates between Avonmore (in 2024) and Finch (in 2025).
Good Friday
The congregations comes together to celebrate Good Friday in the different churches. The 2025 Service will be held in Gravel Hill on April 18th at 10:30
Memorial Cemetery Services
Memorial services are held at the different cemeteries in the communities. Churches take turns as to which leads the worship.
– Finch Cemetery (Finch): Second Sunday in June at 2:00 p.m.
– Goldfield: Third Sunday in June at 2:00 p.m.
– Gravel Hill: First Sunday in September at 2:00 p.m.
– Paul’s Hill (Avonmore):Fourth Sunday in June at 7:00 p.m.
World Day of Prayer
Congregations in Finch come together to celebrate the World Day of Prayer. In 2024, St. Luke’s-Knox Presbyterian hosted the service.
