We will be holding our AGM this coming Sunday, April 16th 2023, after the 1pm service. Rev. George Malcolm, our interim moderator, will be coming from Grande Prairie to lead the service and chair the meeting. This is an important meeting because we will discuss the future of this Church in Fort St. John.
It’s presence began here in 1919 with the late Alwin Holland hosting ‘Sunday Church meetings’ in his cabin. In 1935 the late Robert Ogilvie donated an acre of land for a church to be built. It has been holding services in it’s present location since July 1937, a full 10 years before Fort St. John incorporated as a village.
