In General
All our Stated (Regular) Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month they are called, except our June meetings, which are held on the 3rd Tuesday, to allow our Commissioners to attend the General Assembly (held the 2nd week of June each year), and then come back to provide their reports to our June meeting of Presbytery.
All Regular Meetings are preceded on the 1st Tuesday of the month, by a meeting of the Administration (“Admin”) Committee.
Following the Admin Meeting, draft documents are emailed to all members of Presbytery for consideration at the Presbytery meeting, including: Notice & Docket, Minutes for any Meetings not yet considered and approved, Correspondence List (with recommended distributions) and any other documents that the Admin Committee believes should be put into the hands of our members, so they can be studied before being considered at Presbytery (e.g. Reports, etc.).
