We help support “Out of the Cold – Collingwood” with a generous donation that goes towards accomodations, meals and the mobile unit they use to reach out to the homeless in our community.
We support the local Clearview-Stayner Food Bank with regular donations as well as drives for particular needs such as peanut butter.
Together we collect bread bag tags, milk bags, water bottle lids, used stanps and pop can tabs. Each of these are used in various places to help make lives better for others.
Here you can see how the milk bags are made into mats for sleeping. Bags are also cut into strips and stuffed into material squares for pillows.
As part of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, we contribute to “Presbyterians Sharing” a national fund that help support ministries across Canada. Find out more here:
