Ladies Guild/AMS

Who we are:

The Ladies Guild/AMS (Atlantic Mission Society) is made up of ladies from our Church family who meet on the 4th Tuesday of the month from Sept. to June at 1:30 pm. Our meetings last approx. one hour. New members are always welcome to join our group at any time throughout the year.

Ladies Guild Executive :

President – Ruth Hunter

Vice-President – Linda Cousins

Secretary – Irene Davison

Treasurer – Betty Mann

Our Purpose:

Our purpose is to promote God’s glory through mission for both home and abroad.

What we do:

Meetings begin with a devotional taken from the Presbyterian Message, a publication of the Atlantic Mission Society of the Presbyterian Church of Canada. Our main focus is to assist and carry out events taking place within our Church family. We accomplish this by stocking our Church kitchen, catering to funeral receptions, delivering Christmas treats to shut-ins, assisting with Church suppers, offering financial assistance in the upkeep of our Church camp as well as involvement in mission projects both at home and abroad.
