Sunday School
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me. Do not hinder them. For the kingdom of God belongs to them.” (St Mark 10:14).
Sunday school is presently on hold due to Covid 19
The Sunday School at Knox North Easthope is an enthusiastic part of the congregation. Children and youth participate in the morning Worship Service. They also initiate mission projects throughout the year.
Sunday School classes run from 10:45-11:40 a.m. every Sunday (except for the months of July and August) for children aged 3 yrs old to Grade 9.
Children and youth meet for a time of refreshments, singing, prayer and offering. They then go to their separate classes for Bible lessons and activities suited to their ages.
The main purpose of Sunday School is to teach children and youth to grow in their knowledge of God and God’s great love for them. They also make lasting friendships with each other along the way.
