OLIVER'S BAPTISM SEPT. 2013
REV. PETER,CAROL, PHOEBE AND OLIVER– SEPT. 2013

This photo was taken on April 10 2016 after Rev. Peter presented George Fraser, during the morning service, with a plaque of appreciation from the congregation. George had recently retired as our church treasurer after 48 years of faithful service. That is true dedication. Thank you George and God bless.
Congratulations to Lloyd Grant as he is pictured here with Rev. Peter . Lloyd has been an Elder in the Boularderie Pastoral Charge for 55 years and continues to be an elder although not as active as he would like to be. A plaque of appreciation was presented to him on Sunday April 10 2016 at our morning service. We cannot thank you enough Lloyd for your service and dedication to our congregation. God bless.

Situated in a hollow along the shores of the Bras d’Or Lakes is Knox Presbyterian Church. Built in 1886 by John Old of Big Bras d’Or, who was a master ship builder and carpenter.

Its spire was replaced in 1949 after a wind storm damaged the original.

One of the highlights of our 132nd Anniversary Service on October 20th 2019 was when Rev. Peter MacDonald presented Duncan Grant with a plaque, recognizing his 42 years of faithful service as an elder in our congregation. Duncan is a quiet presence among us and a man whom we all love, respect, appreciate and look up to. His dedication to Knox is unwavering. Thank you Duncan and may God continue to bless you and Thelma for many many years to come.
Its the 132nd Anniversary of our little country church. We thank God for His love and faithfulness to us, here and now, and to the great cloud of witnesses who have attended Knox in years gone by. We pray that God will continue to bless us and that Knox will offer a Christian presence in the community for many years to come.
