1. Pre Authorized Remittance
   You may request a Pre Authorized Remittance form that allows for donations as an automatic withdrawal from your bank account. To request a form to set this up, please email [email protected]
2. E-transfer
   Lakeview can also accept e-transfers to the following email address: [email protected]. If you have an offering envelope number with the church, and you know what it is, be sure to include that and your full name in the Message box. For all others, please include your first and last names along with your full address in the message box so we can send you a donation receipt.
