Great is thy faithfulness, O God my Father
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions they fail not,
As Thou hast been, Thou forever wilt be.

Reverend Dr. Stephen Yeong S. Chen (Tan Eng-Si) was born in Taiwan in 1935. He and his wife Li Fang Hwang were married in 1962. They are the parents of two sons, Timothy and Titus. Both are married and live in the States.

Dr. Chen studied at the Taiwan Theological College and graduated with a Bachelor of Theology in 196. That same year he became pastor of Lu-Chou, Taipei.
