Dr. Foster Hill, organist and choirmaster at St. Andrew’s, Sarnia, Ont., was recently appointed Grand Cross of the Most Illustrious Order of Merit in his native Antigua. Hill, who was presented the honour by the Antiguan Governor General Sir James B. Carlisle, was instrumental in bringing music education to Antiguan schools.
