Rev. Cedric Pettigrew, interim minister at Gloucester, Ont., wrote People and Places to say it was “the Spirit of God moving in the lives of these folks leading them to unite with this congregation.” Gloucester is seeking a full time minister and growing at the same time – here are a dozen of the 15 new members. And, it seems that Spirit also moved Pettigrew (far right): “There were some adherents and also some new people who have†started to†attend in the last year. All I did was write a personal letter to each suggesting that this might be a good time to unite with the Church as members.” Oh that Spirit!
