Shirley Zieb started playing the organ when she was nine years old and her feet could barely reach the pedals. Flash forward (feels like that, doesn’t it?) 70 years and this stalwart servant has shared her music ministry at Port Carmen (now Knox, Magnatewan, Ont.), Burk’s Falls, Ont., and Knox, Sundridge, Ont. She was feted by the Sundridge congregation, where she continues her ministry.
