A Presbyterian congregation was founded in Wingham 150 years ago. Joining the anniversary celebration was guest preacher and returning “son,” Rev. Dr. John Congram; his family moved to Wingham when he was eight and he has maintained a close bond with St. Andrew’s ever since.
