Glencoe, Ont.

On July 14, the last day of the Calgary Stampede, Glencoe Presbyterian Church held a Stampede Breakfast in support of Presbyterian World Service and Development’s Alberta appeal. Many in the congregations wore Western attire in support of our neighbours in Alberta. We raised $737 serving pulled beef and baked beans, pancakes with many toppings, scrambled eggs and more.

The first picture shows Lisa Varekamp, Linda Paterson, Lyn Moniz and Bethany Morton as they serve stacks of pancakes.

The second picture shows our table, with Rev. Deb Dolbear-VanBilsen (right front) leading the buffet line.
