Deuteronomy 29:2 Moses summoned all Israel and said to them: You have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land.
God entered into history to free a group of slaves in order that they might become a sign and a wonder to all nations. God wants always to free the world from tyranny and oppression. Thanks be to God.
Liberating God: We thank you for your greatest gift of all. That, in your love for all things, You desire to be in relationship with us and all of our sisters and brothers. In this world, help us to help You in this desire by participating in this world and by walking with and helping our brothers and sisters as best we can. Amen
