Saturday, September 27, 2014 — Happiness

This morning’s theme is happiness. Wake up! Embrace the day that God has made, and sing to God. Here is a song to get your day started. I love this video because these are real people, in all their reflections of God and diversity of life! We sang this song one evening as part of our worship and the Abbey was full of joy and resurrection.

The resurrection, however you perceive it, is not just in the great beyond, but here, right now! “Clap along if you feel that happiness is a truth”

This song was parodied by Unvirtous Abbey in one of their posts where the line ‘clap along if you feel like a room without a roof’ was changed to ‘clap along if you feel like a tomb without a stone.’
