Thomas Berry, who I mentioned in my first post, wrote in “Dream of the Earth”:

If we lived on the moon, our mind and emotions, our speech, our imagination, our sense of the divine would all reflect the desolation of the lunar landscape.

But we were blessed to evolve into self-reflective consciousness around 200,000 years ago when the Earth was at is most fecund, diverse, and beautiful. It is this creativity, this great flourishing, that also exists within us, as this less than three minute video discusses:
