This past February a group of adults and youth from Living Faith, Baxter spent six days volunteering at the Constance Lake First Nations Community. While there, they helped run an after school club and facilitated two family nights for the community. The congregation’s ongoing relationship with the Constance Lake community began three years ago when one of their members and a missionary from Georgian Native and Outreach Ministries initiated a backpack ministry. Since February, the youth of Living Faith continue to keep in touch with the friends they made at Constance Lake and hope to travel “up north” again soon.
