Last year MacNab Street, Hamilton, Ont., celebrated its 150th Anniversary with many special services and events. One of the highlights was A Rose E’er Blooming, and evening of drama and music based on the life of Mary Baker McQuesten, prominent Hamiltonian and life-long member of MacNab. James Chisholm; Valerie Tryon, pianist; Janet Overmeyer, soprano; seated is Jacqui Templeton Muir, who played Mary Baker McQuesten. The event raised $6400 for Doctors Without Borders.
