Mike Ruggi, of New St. James, London, Ont., in order to better understand his faith and serve his community, obtained a Certificate in Christian Faith and Life, from Ewart Centre for Lay Education, Knox College and Certificate in Youth and Theology from the Institute for Youth Ministry and Centre for Continuing Education at Princeton Theological Seminary. For many future-of-church theorists lay leadership is the only way to go as those in the pews minister to others in the pews.
