To become a Stephen Ministry leader you have to commit to 50 hours of training; but that doesn’t qualify you to be a therapist or a minister. No, that gives you the skills you need to care, to listen and to share with someone who is confused, stressed or lonely. Its an awesome responsibility and an awesome commitment.
