Montreal West celebrated its 117th anniversary, 80 of which have been spent in the current building, last October. There was cake, of course, and the ladies wore their hats (it’s a lost art) and Rev. John A. Simms kept his composure at the cake as he was surrounded by members of the congregation. Happy Birthday, indeed.
