At its 75th anniversary the Dr. Margaret Strang WMS, First, Chatham, Ont., awarded Joan Fletcher the honour of a life-time membership. Some might say she has the WMS in her blood, since her mother and grandmother have also received the distinction. Helen Glassco presents Joan her citation.
