On Sunday, April 20, the congregation of St. Matthew’s, Ingleside, Ont., held their 50th Anniversary. St. Matthew’s replaced the respective churches from the lost villages of Aultsville and Farran’s Point, and the hamlet of Woodlands, which were inundated to accommodate the St. Lawrence Seaway and Power Project in 1958.
