Peggy and Jim Ballard celebrated their 70th anniversary last September at St. Paul’s. Jim had served within the pastoral charge as a catechist for 13 years, and after a period of living in Ontario, returned to live in the Hampton area. In the picture with Jim and Peggy are Rev.
