Hi,
My name is Nataliya Laptyeva, I am an administrative assistant at the Celtic Dance Centre / Greenfire School of Irish dance.
We are currently looking for a new space for our Sunday and Tuesday classes and I was wondering if it would be possible to rent space at your childcare facilities.
What we need is:
1) Sundays — for soft shoe — 10:30am-1:30pm … a space that has a minimum of 16’x30′ unobstructed space on an even, uncarpeted floor.
2) Tuesday — for hard shoe — 5:30pm-7:30pm … as above, noting that the floor surface is a consideration — and we can provide a floor covering if necessary
3) the space will be used by approximately 20 dancers on each day, with parents dropping students off
4) change areas/washrooms should be nearby
5) we use loud music, and our hard shoes are loud — so on Tuesdays in particular, we need a venue that allows some noise
6) soft shoes do not damage the floor
7) hard shoes can scuff, but do not damage floors
8) we ideally need two rooms on both days
9) starting this Sunday/Tuesday would be terrific, but next week is fine
10) we may be able to be flexible to some degree in our times, but likely not our days
We are insured, and have been established for 20 years. We have been welcome and appreciated at all of our venues, and are known to be good tenants.
Please let me know if this is possible and how much it would cost.

It is a meal program for homeless, under-housed, and low-income people from 1-4:30 every Sunday in the upper level of the community centre.
