St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church at 39 Bridge Street in Carleton Place open in January 1888.
The church was constructed of native stone with Beckwith stone trimmings, seating capacity for 500, a choir gallery in the rear of the pulpit and the basement finished for Sunday School rooms.
The Karn organ was built and install in St. Andrew’s in March 1900.
