In the 8 years of its existence, The Caring Closet has grown to become a well-known and well-used fixture in the Coldwater community.
It is a boutique located in the St. Andrew’s church basement where you can get clothing and accessories for free! Come in during our open hours and browse through clothing of every style and size and take what you need. There are shoes, boots, jackets, pants, shirts, sweaters, belts, undergarments, purses, bags and much more organized by children’s and adult sizes.
The Caring Closet is Open for Browsing and Donations
Tuesday to Friday: 10 am – 12 pm
Thursday evenings: 6 pm – 8 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm
Please check the Simcoe County School Bus closures to make sure we are open, we usually close along with North Zone cancellations.
The Caring Closet extends a very special thanks to those in the Coldwater community who continue to support our efforts to provide FREE clothing and accessories. In 2024, we had 2437 customer visits and received 2140 bags/boxes of donation! Both of these numbers represented a significant increase over 2022’s numbers: 34% more visits and 48% more donations.
