- In early churches, the congregations combined their resources so the needs of all could be met.
Ways to Donate
- We have recently added email transfer as another way to donate. If this appeals to you, use the following e-transfer address to transfer the funds: Standrewshillsburgh@outlook.com
- You may write a cheque, or give cash, and put it in the collection plate. If you provide your name and address on your own envelope, or a church provided envelope, you can receive a tax receipt.
- PAR (Preauthorized Remittance Program, auto-debit). This system automates your donations, which are withdrawn from the account number you provide once per month. Tax receipts are provided. To join the program, please contact Helen Meyer by phone or email – see church directory.
- Fundscrip. This is a great way to make donations easy for anyone. You can buy any value of Fund-script gift cards that you feel comfortable with by choosing from a large variety of food, merchandise, and service outlets, and a percentage of your cost is given back to the church. This is especially helpful to our church currently during COVID-19 safety restrictions, when the usual fund raisers cannot be held.
