About

St Andrew’s Sherbrooke is an historic congregation with a long history of worship, service and mission.

The church was originally founded in 1864 and took over an old congregational church on Frontenac Street.

Interior of churchIn 1999  that building was severely damaged in a storm. A new building was constructed and opened in 2003. Many of the stained glass windows were moved from the old building to the new. There were other memorials transported as well.

The heart of our life together is our Sunday service, normally held on Sundays 10:30 AM. These were suspended during the COVID lockdowns but we now happily meet in person. If you wish to continue to wear a mask (and a number of people do), you are welcome to do so.

Our services are also live-streamed through our YouTube channel and Facebook page. You can also find recordings of previous services there. We have invested in good quality equipment to enhance the online experience. With the appropriate licences we can also stream the music and the hymns.
