Romans 5.1-8 – While we were still sinners, Christ died for us

This worship is from Sunday, June 18, 2023.

Scripture reading: Romans 5:1-8
Title: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

By the death of Christ, we were justified by God.
Our relationship with God became peaceful and we were given the hope for the future that we will share the glory with God.

So, Paul said, we are to boast Christ, even suffering.

We live this world, which is filled with ME-Centered mind.
When we follow Jesus and reject to boast on our own self, then the majority will persecute us.
Therefore, suffering is like a badge of honour.

Know what kind of love we hve received and what kind of life we now have through Jesus Christ. And know that we did not do anything for Christ coming down to earth and died on the cross and redeemed us.

Wanna boast? Then boast Christ.
