Jesus promises rest for us. But, at the same time, we assures that we will have difficult time carrying a yoke. Yoke and resting…
Well.. They don’t match, but Jesus is speaking two things in one promise.

How is this possible?

Jesus is carrying his yoke as well as us attaching to it.
That’s why it’s easy and light.

Stay with God and be free from the yoke of your own life’s desires and wants. Jesus frees you and carries you.
