THANK YOU to Mr. Doug Gillard for leading our worship today.
UPCOMING SERVICES: Next Sunday, December 8th will be a joint service in Largie at 10:00am for the Sunday School Christmas Program. A pot luck lunch will follow. Mr. Doug Gillard will be back with us the rest of December.
MANAGERS MEETING IN LARGIE TODAY: Please stay after the service this morning for a meeting.
LARGIE WMS & LADIES AID: Will meet on Monday December 2nd at 8:00pm. The topic is “Christmas”, roll call is “A Christmas Verse”. The committee is Ella McWilliam and Jackie Leitch. The lunch committee is Brenda Webber and Dianne Lilley.
MEMORY POINSETTIAS: The Largie Sunday School will once again be selling Memory poinsettias. See Barb Ross to have one for your loved one. Please take them home after the Christmas Eve service.
CRINAN CHURCH CONGREGATIONAL POTLUCK: Will be held following the service on Sunday December 15th.
CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE: At the home of Ron and Barb Ross on December 21 from 2 to 5. A non perishable item for the Daffodil Auxiliary would be welcome.
OUR SYMPATHY: The sympathy of both churches is extended to the Doug Gillard and family on the passing of Kathy’s Mother, Diana. The visitation will be this afternoon at 2:00pm with the funeral at 3:00pm at the Mount Brydges United Church followed by fellowship at the church. Our sympathy is also extended to John and Lynda Drummelsmith & family on the passing of John’s niece Shannon on November 24th.
