UPCOMING SERVICES: Mr. Doug Gillard will be our pulpit supply for March 10, 17, 24 and 31. Rev. Robert Shaw will conduct the service March 3.
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER 2019: Come, Everything is Ready! Please join us for the World Day of Prayer, a prayer movement that invites us to enrich our faith experience with the experience of Christians from other countries and cultures and to bring hope to women touched by injustice. The service is written by the World Day of Prayer Committee of Slovenia. Our local World Day of Prayer Service will be held at the Bobier Villa on Fri. Mar. 1 @ 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Cathy Reid, from London. Cathy is a member of the Women’s Inter-Church Council of Canada Largie W.M.S. group will be helping lead the service. Everyone welcome! Please see poster in lower hall.
COMMUNION: On Sunday March 3 Communion will be served in both churches. Rev. Robert Shaw will lead our service that day.
CRINAN ANNUAL MEETING: On Sunday March 3rd, after the service, Argyle Church, Crinan will have a potluck lunch followed by the annual meeting.
LARGIE ANNUAL MEETING: Monday March 4th, at 7:00pm, Duff Church Largie will be holding their annual meeting. A potluck lunch will follow.
ITALIAN SUPPER IN LARGIE: Our famous Italian supper is to be held on Friday March 8th in Largie. Adults $14.00, child (6-12) $6.00, ages 5 and under free. Tickets are available from Sunday School Teachers in advance. All welcome.
A NIGHT IN SCOTLAND: Will be held on Saturday March 16th at 7:00pm at WEDS. The evening includes pipes and drums, dancers a story teller and Scottish snacks. New this year is Scottish entertainer, Bob Finlay. Tickets are $25.00 and can be purchased from Ron or Barb Ross.
