Step 1 – Register & Pay Your Registration Fee
Early Bird Rates apply until September 15, 2026. Please note that each person who attends must register separately. Spouses, partners, and guests are welcome, but must register and pay the Registration Fee.
Step 2 – Arrange your Accommodation
Preferred rates of $269/night at the Double Tree by Hilton can be arranged by using the link SYNOD OF BRITISH COLUMBIA Special rates available only until September 15, 2026. If you require additional nights due to transportation limitations, please contact the Clerk.
Step 3 – Pack Your Bags
Please Note: The Synod reimburses TRAVEL EXPENSES of Commissioners only. Travel expenses for spouses/partners or guests are not covered by the Synod unless the guest has been invited by the Synod Executive to be part of the event. Accommodation and other expenses are covered either by your Presbytery or congregation.
