Due to our limited seating capacity, Bradner Church is available for wedding with less than 90 attendees including the wedding party
BRADNER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH WEDDING RENTAL AGREEMENT
1) The fee is three and fifty hundred dollars ($350.00) and is only for the usage of the upstairs area of the church.
2) If a rehearsal is requested and it requires a church official to open up and lock-up afterwards there is an additional fee of $50.00. This fee is waived if our minister is performing the ceremony.
3) There is to be NO confetti or such items thrown in the church building or on the church grounds.
4) If the wedding is cancelled for any reason after payment is received, we do not give a refund but a tax deductible donation receipt will be issued at year end. (Only for the $350.00)
5) If you wish to have our minister perform the ceremony her fee of $300.00 is in additional to the rental fee. This may require the bride and groom to attend marriage preparation sessions with her. If you wish to have our pianist play at the ceremony, her fee is an additional $150.00.
6) If you wish to have someone else perform the ceremony, he/she must be from a denomination recognized by the Presbyterian Church in Canada or a Justice of the Peace.
7) The Bridal Party is aware of the limited seating capacity of 90 people in the sanctuary and guarantee there will be no more than 90 attendees including the Wedding Party.
8) The Presbyterian Church in Canada, Bradner Presbyterian Church nor any of its officers are liable for any injury caused by negligence related to actions of anyone in the wedding party and/or their guests. The wedding party is responsible for payment for all damage repairs to the church building and/or contents resulting from actions by those attending the wedding ceremony.
