Fitness Class for 55 plus with Mobility Concerns
Friday mornings at 11am

Our instructor will bring the Christian element into her classes, focusing on balance, coordination, strengthening, memory and mobility.

The class starts as a low impact class ending with chair exercises.

Pilates is a core strengthening routine, mostly don on a mat.  This class starts right after the Fitness class at 12:15 on Fridays.

The cost is a free will donation, but not required.

All are welcome to come out and move with a Christian influence.
