We support national and global outreach through Presbyterian Sharing and through Presbyterian World Service and Development.
Within our own congregation we are involved in home visitations and a prayer shawl ministry. Our renowned beef suppers bring hundreds of our neighbours together each spring and fall for fine food and fellowship.
During Advent we prepare and help distribute hampers, and during Lent we help prepare and serve luncheons at Helping Hands and collect socks and toques for the Bear Clan Patrol in Downtown Brandon.
Our minister and choir members regularly take afternoon services at Valleyview Care Centre, Victoria Landing, Rideau Park Home and Birdtail First Nation.
Individual members and adherents serve the wider community through many organizations and charities, including Seniors for Seniors, The Commonwealth Air Training Museum, The Royal Canadian Legion, Coats for Kids, Special Olympics, Christmas Shoeboxes, and various service clubs and charitable ‘runs’.
