It is based on Thom S. Rainer’s book The Autopsy of a Deceased Congregation:12 Ways to Keep Yours Alive. It takes a look at various symptoms in congregational life that lead us away from vitality and health. There is a worksheet attached that you can use as an exercise with your session after watching the video.
