| Power and Privilege
The University of Saskatchewan offers this module on colonization, whiteness, power and privilege. “The intent of this module is to create the opportunity for you to develop your knowledge and awareness of how colonialism, power and privilege has benefited or harmed your life. It is the hope that when you understand the effects of these systems, you will then be in a space to advocate for change at the institutional and societal levels.” The module is very powerful and presents a series of short videos that develop the concept of white privilege. I highly recommend taking some time to work through it! |
