Applications for the following Synod Funds must be submitted by August 31
in order to be considered by the Synod in October.
(Note: For 2026, Synod is being held in November on a trial basis. The deadline for applications for this year is September 30.)
If funds were granted in the previous year, a report on the use of the funds is required.

- As an individual, provide a breakdown of how the funding was used.
- As an event/camp, include statistics on number of participants and staffing, as well as detailed expenses that show how the funding was used.
