The Rev. Milton A Fraser, has served as Stated Supply at Lochwinnoch Presbyterian Church,  since April 2015, providing leadership at worship on Sunday mornings, and emergency pastoral care. Milton previously served as Stated Supply at Lochwinnoch from 1999-2007. Milton was ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in 1989. He served as minister at Calvin Presbyterian Church, Thunder Bay, 1989-1999, and at St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Arnprior, 1999-2013. From January 2013 – February 2019 Milton worked with the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew, as a Dementia Care Coach.  In April 2022 Milton began serving as the Stated Supply half time, at St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Cobden in addition to continuing to serve with Lochwinnoch Church. In the past,  Jeannette and Milton have welcomed core members of L’Arche into their home, at times, providing a home and support to individuals.

Milton is a pastor who desires that the local congregation will be a welcoming place, where those who attend come to know the love of Jesus, and live as the hands and feet, eyes and ears of Christ, throughout the week.

Milton is married to Jeannette.   They have two grown children, Kyle and Hannah, and a son in law, Eric.

An Ordination Service was held on Sunday, January 8, 2023  for three new elders, Gail Cameron, Lloyd Cameron and Kim Flynn.  The present elders joined them for the right hand of fellowship.
