Registration Policies & Important Information
Financial Assistance Available
Camp MacLeod believes every child should have the opportunity to attend camp regardless of financial circumstances.
A limited amount of financial assistance may be available for families experiencing financial hardship. Requests for assistance will be reviewed confidentially and may require additional information regarding financial need.
Receiving financial assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to available funding and program resources.
Families interested in applying for financial assistance are encouraged to contact Camp MacLeod directly for more information.
Medical Information
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information during registration, including allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, and any physical, emotional, or behavioural needs that may affect their camper’s experience.
Camper Conduct
Camp MacLeod is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all campers and staff. Campers are expected to treat others with kindness and respect and follow camp rules and staff directions.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken throughout the camping season and may be used by Camp MacLeod for promotional purposes, including social media, printed materials, and the Camp MacLeod website. Parents who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs should notify camp staff during registration.
Cell Phone Policy
To encourage engagement, friendship, and participation in camp activities, campers may be asked to limit or surrender personal electronic devices during camp sessions. Please review our Cell Phone Policy for complete details.
Cancellation & Refunds
Requests for cancellations or refunds should be submitted as soon as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on timing and circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Health & Safety
Camp MacLeod reserves the right to contact parents or guardians and arrange for a camper to return home if illness, injury, behavioural concerns, or safety issues prevent them from participating safely in camp programming.
